The vineyards are located in the Sevastopol zone in the valley of the Chernaya River. It is a source of moisture and coolness. The peculiarity of the terrain provides good ventilation of vineyards. The composition of the soil is marl with a high content of limestone. The uniqueness of the terroir lies in the combination of limestone of the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.
The first vineyard was laid in 2007, and today the total area is 72 hectares. The features of the terroir allow, using modern techniques, to grow varieties such as: chardonnay, white muscat, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, merlot and cocour.
In 2020, the construction of a tourist and wine-making complex began.
