LeK2 is a full-cycle organic winery located in the village of Rodnoye (Sevastopol) at an altitude of 380 to 450 meters above sea level. International and local grape varieties are planted on the site; the vineyard itself is surrounded by ancient tea trees and juniper forest. The view of the sea and the cave town of Mangup-Kale, the Shuldan monastery and the valley of the Chernaya River makes your stay at the vineyard pleasant and memorable.
The vineyard area is unique. LeK2 is one of the few places in Russia where two geological periods met – Cretaceous and Jurassic, with at least a 50 million year difference between them. This collision formed 4 microterroirs, which make it possible to grow an abundance of grape varieties: Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Riesling, Chardonnay, Viognier, Cocur ”
The first grape harvest took place in 2022. Since then, the winery has been producing a wide range of unique red and white wines every year, which are already a real competitor to famous imported brands.
The head of the farm, Kira Aleksandrovna Efimova, created the LeK2 vineyard from scratch in 2015. The wine Kamenolomnya Syrah took 8th place in the ranking of the hundred best Russian wines in 2024!
