The composition of “ECO Kvass”:
- prepared water;
- leaven (rye breadcrumbs, raisins, fermented rye malt, unfermented rye malt, sugar);
- rye breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs are baked from fresh bread at the Tsar’ hleb factory in Sevastopol);
- raisins (for the production of kvass, a strict selection of raisins, of a certain variety, and of the highest quality is carried out);
- unfermented rye malt (it is unfermented malt that promotes fermentation and the formation of lactic acid bacteria, this type of malt is not used by other kvass producers);
- fermented rye malt.
Kvass is known for a huge number of useful properties. It contains more than 10 amino acids, vitamins necessary for a person, including vitamin A, as well as vitamins of group B. In addition, it also has a whole set of minerals. For example, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium.
This composition helps to prevent vitamin deficiency, supports the digestive system and is even beneficial for vision.
